You MUST register for class ahead of time!
Our classes are consistently at capacity, please do not just show up and expect to workout.
*We consider consistent to be at least 3 times per week.
If you have CrossFit experience simply choose the class you want to attend from the schedule below to reserve your spot and pay. If you purchase the T-shirt we will give you your T-shirt in person. If you will be visiting for an extended period we have two punch card options for you to choose from.
